Rakour's server rack battery HV line covers 51.2V 100Ah, 200Ah, and 314Ah models. Each unit operates with a BCU and 5–17 battery modules in series, reaching up to 979.2V for high-voltage inverter systems.
The LV rackable range — 100Ah, 200Ah, 280Ah, and 314Ah — supports up to 15 parallel units. Compatible with low-voltage inverters, these LiFePO4 battery systems suit standard residential and light commercial installations.
The NSTLV ground and wall-mounted series (10.2K–16K) features IP54 protection. Built for flexible indoor deployment, each unit includes BMS, RS485/CAN communication, and an optional built-in Wi-Fi module for remote monitoring.

Every manual includes a full technical parameters table: nominal voltage, capacity, cycle life, operating temperature range, and battery management system protection thresholds — over-discharge, overcharge, over-current, and thermal cutoff.
Installation chapters cover pre-check procedures, required tools, grounding requirements, rack assembly sequence, and power cable connection. The HV series additionally details battery module stacking order and BCU circuit assembly.
Manuals specify charging LiFePO4 battery parameters: charging voltage 57.6V, end voltage 46.4V, and operating temperature range 0°C–60°C. Maintenance sections cover storage recharging intervals and procedures for excessive discharge recovery.

Rakour's lithium iron phosphate battery products hold CE, RoHS, MSDS, UN38.3, and IEC62619 certifications. IEC62619 is the international safety standard specifically for battery energy storage systems used in stationary residential applications.
CE and UN38.3 apply across all series. IEC62619 certification covers the LV 200Ah, LV 314Ah, and NSTLV-10.2K/16K models. RoHS certification applies to the LV 100Ah, LV 200Ah, NSTLV-10.2K, and NSTLV-16K units.

Rakour's server rack battery systems are designed for residential energy storage and short-term backup only. These units are explicitly not suitable for life-sustaining medical equipment, per product documentation and applicable local safety regulations.
Do not disassemble, short-circuit, or expose units to moisture or combustibles. Mount only on fire-resistant structures and ensure reliable grounding. Working altitude must remain below 2,000m. All installation must be performed by an authorized dealer.
All Rakour products carry a 5-year warranty, valid only under authorized installation and documented use. If your downloaded manual version does not match your physical unit label, contact your authorized dealer immediately to obtain the correct version.

The Rakour LV 100Ah model delivers ≥6,000 cycles. The LV 280Ah and 314Ah models achieve ≥10,000 and ≥11,000 cycles respectively. Cycle life figures are based on 90% DOD conditions and are documented in each model's official technical parameters table within the user manual.
Rakour's built-in battery management system (BMS) provides protection against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and high/low temperature conditions. It also actively balances cell charging to extend service life. Full BMS protection thresholds are listed in the Technical Parameters section of each downloadable user manual.
The operating temp for LiFePO4 charging is 0°C to 60°C across all Rakour HV and LV series. Discharge operating temperature is wider, at -20°C to 60°C. Storage temperature guidelines vary by duration: ≤25°C for 12 months, ≤35°C for 6 months, and ≤45°C for 3 months.
Rakour's home battery backup systems are designed for residential energy storage and short-term backup only. They are explicitly not approved for supporting life-sustaining medical devices. For off-grid suitability, consult the installation guide in the downloaded manual and verify compatibility with your inverter model.
